The ocean, the hinterland and it's natural beauty, the colourful characters and traditional landowners, quality local foods, beverage and produce, along with the masters who've have crafted it are just some of the things that have inspired our journey and lead to us launching Bush to Bay Gourmet Tours and building the Salty Pineapple as its unique transport. Our goal is to create and consistently produce the most unique unforgettable experiences in the region.

The 1987 model Hino school bus was used in regional South Australia for many years before being retired. Up until recently it spent many years parked up in a paddock in outback South Australia, until it was rescued and driven to Byron Bay where it was transformed by the new owner Jason into the unique bus it is today. With luxury leather reclining coach seats, dining tables, air-conditioning, state of the art sound system, onboard bar & kitchen and chill out rear lounge, this bus will take your breath away
